If you received a damaged item or are missing an item from your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@tcgdragon.co.uk We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at contact@tcgdragon.co.uk. Cancellation requests are only possible before the order has been processed or shipped.

We accept returns for unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, email contact@tcgdragon.co.uk with your order number and reason for the return. Once the returned items are inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 10 days.
